Services

We install the structure. We sustain control.

Diagnostic, rollout and operational continuity for F&B operations that need reliable data, connected systems and a replicable structure.

    Overview

    Three services.

A path from diagnostic to control in steady state.

    A
    Diagnostic

We map the operation, the systems, the data, the people in charge and the points where control is lost. The POS is one part of the analysis, not the starting point.

    B
    Rollout

We build or correct the architecture, the data and the flows, and prepare the team to operate.

    C
    Operational continuity

We review the account periodically, correct with your approval and log every change so the data stays reliable.

    Ecosystem

The sale comes in. The operation structures it. Finance receives reliable data.

We map the current systems and define the path between POS, tSpoonLab and ERP before implementing.

    • POS: source of the sale and its data.
    • tSpoonLab: purchasing, recipes, production and inventories.
    • ERP: destination for costs and dimensions for finance.
    Team

How we integrate with the team.

    • We can lead the rollout end to end.
    • We can work alongside internal leads who already have technology and a team.
    • We can sustain control and adoption after go-live.
    FAQ

Frequently asked questions about our services

It includes the map of units, systems and people in charge, the main risks and data debt, the target architecture and a proposal for scope, priorities and phases.

Architecture definition, configuration of accounts and cost centres, construction and import of master data, validation of suppliers, formats, recipes and flows, connecting the sale and the flow towards finance, training and go-live.

It's the recurring service that keeps operational data reliable: periodic review by cost centre, correction with approval and logging, and deviation tracking.

No. On the POS side we review how the sale is structured and sent so it can be controlled in tSpoonLab; we do not redesign the entire till operation. On the ERP side we design the flow between operation and finance and coordinate the integration with specialists; we do not configure the ERP or the accounting ourselves.

    Let's start with the diagnostic.

A first conversation to understand your operation and map out the real starting point.
