How we process personal data at Veraperse, in accordance with the GDPR and the LOPDGDD.

2. Purposes and legal basis
We process personal data for the following purposes:
- Handling enquiries sent by email. Legal basis: consent of the data subject on contacting us, and pre-contractual measures where the enquiry relates to our services.
- Managing bookings for diagnostic sessions via Calendly. Legal basis: pre-contractual measures requested by the data subject.
- Analytics on site usage via Google Analytics 4. Activated only if the user accepts analytics cookies via the banner, with the IP address anonymised and no advertising functions. Legal basis: consent.
3. Categories of data
Professional contact data: name, company, job title, email and telephone number. Also any information the data subject voluntarily provides to describe their operation, and browsing data collected by analytics when accepted.
4. Data retention
Contact and booking data is retained for the duration of the professional relationship and, thereafter, for the periods required by applicable legal obligations. Analytics data is retained according to the periods defined by the relevant provider, never beyond what is necessary for the purpose of the processing.
5. Recipients and data processors
Data is not shared with third parties except where legally required. We use the following providers as data processors:
- Google Workspace: email.
- Calendly: booking of diagnostic sessions.
- Lovable: website hosting.
- Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited): measurement of site usage with anonymised IP, active only when the user accepts analytics cookies.
6. International transfers
Some of the processors mentioned above process data in the United States. These transfers rely on standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission or on the adequacy framework currently in force between the European Union and the United States.
7. Rights of data subjects
You can exercise the rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to gustavo@veraperse.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) (www.aepd.es).
8. Security measures
Appropriate technical and organisational measures are applied to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration.
