We understand the operation and diagnose what is preventing control: catalogue, formats, recipes, sales output or responsibilities. From there we define and prioritize the steps based on what returns the most control soonest. Every phase ends with a concrete improvement that can be verified in the operation: a catalogue without duplicates, correct formats and costs, or a deviation measured by cost centre. It does not end with a presentation.
Data Engine.
This is the proprietary method we use to build and clean up operational databases. We analyze and normalize catalogues, detect duplicates and inconsistencies, validate formats, units and costs, compare structures across cost centres and identify anomalies that affect operational control. Every correction is proposed, approved and recorded. The reusable rules and patterns we identify are documented to make the process increasingly consistent.
